Welsh Village Homeowners Association: Meeting Notice

MEETING NOTICE

The annual meeting of the Welsh Village Homeowners' Association, held July 15, 2004, was recessed at 8:44 p.m. The meeting will be reconvened Wednesday, October 13, 2004, at 7:00 p.m., at the home of Gary and Nancy Anderson, 2230 Pembrokeshire. The remaining agenda item is completion of the motion to transfer Outlot A to the owner of the adjacent property.

After the annual meeting is adjourned, the three standing committees will meet. The committees are: Common Space (Grounds) Committee, Covenant Compliance Committee and Architectural Committee.
